I. Project Content and Scale: The project, composed of main works, auxiliary works, public works, and environmental protection engineering, will construct production workshops, R&D workshops, experiment and assembly workshops and other buildings, as well as public works including the fence of factory area, office buildings, roads, and greening. The construction site is located in Botou Bozhen Industrial Park, covering a land acquisition area of 4.96 hectares (about 5 hectares). The research and development, manufacturing, inspection and delivery of products are in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system. Yuandong is mainly engaged in the production of gear pumps and screw pumps of 21 series and over 4,200 specifications with the brand name "Boyuandong (BYD)" and the annual production capacity is up to over 43,000 pieces (sets) of pumps.
II. Investment Estimation and Sources of Funds: The total estimated investment of the project is USD 27.04 million, including USD 17.29 million of foreign investment.
III. Market Analysis: The contractor plans to build the project at the construction site where has unique geographical conditions. Compared with other enterprises in the industry in Botou, it has good local conditions, low operating costs, high investment benefits, and a strong competitiveness, so there are broad prospects for developing related industries.

Economic Benefit Analysis: It is estimated that the annual operating revenue will reach USD 45.87 million, the total cost will be USD 34.42 million, the taxes and surcharges will be USD 502,000, the total profit will be USD 13.53 million, the after-tax net profit will be USD 8.59 million, the annual tax will be USD 4.94 million with an annual return on investment of 42.3% after the project reaches design capacity, the tax and profit investment ratio will be 49.99%, the ROI will be 31.73%, the investment payback period will be 4.65 years, and 541 jobs will be created.

Construction Conditions: With convenient transportation, the plant site is adjacent to Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway and Expressway and National Highway 105, and only a 2-hour drive away from Beijing Daxing International Airport and Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport. There are no environmentally sensitive targets such as nature reserves and scenic spots nearby, and no dust, harmful gas, radioactive substances or other diffusible sources of pollution, giving this site a good natural environment. In addition, the open terrain of the proposed project is conducive to the diffusion of air pollutants, so it enjoys a good regional air environment quality.
