三、市场分析：近年来，全球化工产品年销售额不断增长，我国已成为世界上主要的精细化工产品生产国之一，精细化工行业的规模扔保持一定增长。“十二五”期间，我国经济将由资源消耗型转为节约型，由高污染型转为清洁型，预计到2015年，精细化工产值将达到1.6万亿美元。
四、经济效益分析：项目建设期为3年，项目建成后，预计年销售收入可达10亿美元，回款周期3-5年。
五、建设条件:项目位于海兴经济开发区，已获批省级开发区，政策优势明显；经济开发区近年来先后投入几亿元，不断完善开发区道路、供水排水管道、污水管网、供电设施、通讯网络、天然气管道等基础设施，建设条件优越；海兴已形成外有港口、内有“四高、三铁、多条高等级公路交叉”的海陆大交通格局。“四高”即石港高速、津汕高速、沿海高速、以及即将启动的邯港高速公路。

I. Project Content and Scale: The project covers an area of 80 hectares. It mainly involves building one data center, eight workshops, one R&D center and ancillary facilities; and purchasing 8 production lines and 80 sets of equipment. The completed project will produce annually 20,000 tons of aniline, 100,000 tons of hydrazine hydrate, 180,000 tons of urea, 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, and 100,000 tons of caustic soda, etc.
II. Investment Estimation and Sources of Funds: The total investment of the project invested by itself is up to USD 400 million, including USD 400 million of foreign investment.
III. Market Analysis: In recent years, the annual sales of global chemical products are growing continuously. China has become one of the major producers of fine chemical products in the world, and the scale of China’s fine chemical industry has been on increase. During the “12th Five-Year Plan” period, China's economy will shift from resource-intensive to resource-saving, from highly polluting to clean. It is expected that by 2015, the output value of fine chemicals will reach USD 1.6 trillion.
IV. Economic Benefit Analysis: The construction period is 3 years. After the completion of the project, the annual sales revenue is expected to reach USD 1 billion, and the payback period is 3-5 years.
V. Construction Conditions: The project is located in Haixing Economic Development Zone, which has been approved as a provincial-level development zone, enjoying obvious policy advantages. In recent years, the zone has invested hundreds of millions to improve its roads, water supply/drainage pipes, sewage pipe network, power supply facilities, communication network, gas pipelines, and other infrastructure, so the foundation is superior. Haixing has formed a sea-land traffic pattern with one port, four expressways, three railways, and multiple highways. Four expressways refer to Shijiazhuang-Huanghua Expressway, Tianjin-Shanwei Expressway, and Coastal Expressway in service, and Handan-Port of Huanghua Expressway to be open to traffic.
