The project covers an area of 16.7 hectares. The constructions include eight workshops, office buildings, class A warehouses, tank areas, and class D warehouses. After completion, the project can reach an annual capacity of 500 tons of polymer material additives.

III. Market Analysis
China is the world's largest producer and consumer of plastic products. The demand for plastic additives is growing. Now, China is transiting from an extensive economic development mode to an intensive economic development mode. The future domestic demand for and exports of medium-and high-end plastic products will be greatly increased, indicating that a blowout development stage of plastic additives (light stabilizers) is coming.

The construction period is 2 years; after reaching the design capacity, the annual income will be USD 11.62 million; the payback period is 2-3 years.

The project is located in Cangzhou Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone, which has complete water, electricity, gas, telecommunication and other supporting facilities, as well as convenient transportation and flat terrain.
