三、市场前景分析：在绍兴柯桥有34家北石槽人投资的台布生产企业，总计日织布产量达80万米，占全国台布市场份额的80%以上（其中包括窗帘生产加工），年产值达50亿元左右；在南通市场的床上用品年产值达50亿元左右；在全国各大城市、地级市、县级市里有北石槽人的台布加工销售企业500家以上，每年产值在60亿元以上；在全国酒店台布行业中北石槽人占有全国销售人员的90%以上。与此同时，海外订单也不断增加，台布产品销往迪拜、美国、印度、俄罗斯、中东等20多个国家和地区。
四、预期经济效益分析：项目建设期4年，建成达产后年收入15415.68万美元，税金308.31万美元，回款周期约为4年。
五、建设条件：项目位于河间市北石槽乡，2003年被命名为“中国台布生产基地”，配套设施齐全，台布产业不断发展壮大。截止目前，在我市辖区内共有一次性塑料台布生产企业13家，台布椅套加工企业40家，保鲜膜企业5家，一次性餐具企业4家，酒店服装加工企业3家。

I. Project Content and Scale: The project is planned to build a comprehensive linen park integrating production, processing and sales with an area of about 20 hectares.
II. Investment Estimation and Sources of Funds: The total investment of the project is up to USD 123.33 million, including USD 30 million of foreign investment.
III. Market Prospect Analysis: In Keqiao District, Shaoxing, there are 34 tablecloth enterprises invested by the people of Beishicao Township, with a daily output of 800,000 meters, accounting for more than 80% of the tablecloth market share in China (including the production and processing of curtains), and its annual output value is about RMB 5 billion; the annual output value of bedclothes in Nantong is about RMB 5 billion. There are more than 500 tablecloth processing and sales enterprises with Beishicao people as employees in major cities, prefecture-level cities and county-level cities nationwide, with an annual output value of more than RMB 6 billion; more than 90% of sales staff comes from Beishicao in the hotel tablecloth industry in China. At the same time, overseas orders are also increasing, and tablecloth products are sold to more than 20 countries and regions such as Dubai, the United States, India, Russia and the Middle East.
IV. Expected Economic Benefit Analysis: The construction period of the project is 4 years. After it reaches the desired capacity, the project expects an annual income of USD 154.16 million, with a tax of USD 3.08 million. The payback period is about 4 years.
V. Construction Conditions: The project is located in Beishicao Township of Hejian, which was named as "China's Tablecloth Production Base" in 2003. With complete supporting facilities, the tablecloth industry here has been growing. Up to now, there are 13 disposable plastic tablecloth production enterprises, 40 tablecloth and chair cover processing enterprises, 5 plastic wrap enterprises, 4 disposable tableware enterprises, and 3 hotel clothing processing enterprises in Hejian.
VI. Overview of Chinese Contractor: China Light &Textile Industrial City Hebei Chamber of Commerce was founded in 2012, located in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. It has 187 member enterprises, mainly engaged in textile trade and commercial services.
