聚酰6切片是尼龙新材料和新型高端尼龙纤维原材料，广泛应用于航天、核电、军工等领域，符合国家大力发展的产业政策，市场前景非常广阔。

项目建设期2年，达产后年收入111940万美元，回款周期5年。

项目位于沧州市渤海新区新材料产业园，区内国道、高速、铁路、地方铁路横贯东西，交通极为方便，水、电、讯等配套设施齐全。地块位置紧邻沿海高速，交通便利。

I. Project Content and Scale
The proposed land area is about 30 hectares. The project is mainly about building production workshops, an R&D center and office buildings to produce 400,000 tons of chinlon chips and 200,000 tons of nylon 6 new materials per year.
II. Investment Estimation and Sources of Funds
The total investment reaches USD 317 million, including USD 317 million of foreign investment.
III. Market Analysis
The project will introduce production equipment, proprietary technology, and other core technical resources from Uhde Inventa-Fischer and SANLIAN HOPE, and adopt the international advanced polyamide 6 chip polymerization technology.
Polyamide 6 chips are the raw material of new nylon materials and new high-end nylon fibers, widely used in aerospace, nuclear power, way industry and other fields. It is a state-supported industry, with a very broad market prospect.
IV. Economic Benefit Analysis
The construction period of the project is 2 years; the annual income is USD 1.12 billion after reaching the design capacity; and the payback period is 5 years.
V. Construction Conditions
The project is located in the New Material Industrial Park of Cangzhou Bohai New Area, where the transportation is very convenient with national highways, expressways, railways, and local railways running through east and west, and complete supporting facilities such as water, electricity, and telecommunications are all available. The project site is located near a coastal highway, with excellent accessibility.
VI. Overview of Chinese Contractor
Cangzhou Bohai New Area was established in July 2007. It is the first growth pole of coastal development in Hebei Province, a national economic and technological development zone, a national industrial demonstration base for new industrialization, a national pilot park for the development of seawater desalination industry, a national pilot circular economy zone, and a logistics experimental base in China. In Cangzhou Bohai New Area, there are "one city and four parks or zones", namely, Huanghua, Zhongjie Industrial Zone, Nandagang Industrial Park, National Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone and Gangcheng Area.
