新增占地5.4公顷，总建筑面积6.5万平方米，新建综合办公楼1座，宿舍楼1座、车间2座、门卫1座，消防水池及泵房等附属设备。新购冲床、数控锯床、电焊机等生产设备25台。年产铝模板50万平方米，附着式升降脚手架100套。

项目总投资4000万美元，拟全部利用外资。

献县从事建筑器材生产配套加工及在外从事销售租赁人员5万余人，销售网络遍布全国80%的县级以上城市，是名副其实的传统支柱产业和富民强县产业，2006年被命名为“中国扣件铸造之乡”，2009年被认定为“省级重点产业集群”，2013年被命名为“河北省装备制造名县”，2019年被认定为“中国模板脚手架产业基地”，成为全国闻名的装备制造基地。该项目实施后，将进一步壮大献县建仪建材产业。

I. Project Content and Scale
The project covers an area of 5.4 hectares and a total construction area of 65,000 square meters, including a comprehensive office building, a dormitory building, two workshop buildings, a guard building, fire pools, pump houses, and other ancillary equipment. It will purchase 25 sets of production equipment, including punching machines, CNC sawing machines, and electric welding machines. The project will produce 500,000 squares meters of aluminum alloy formwork and 100 sets of attached lifting scaffolds.

The total investment is USD 40 million, including USD 40 million of foreign investment.
III. Market Analysis
In Xianxian County, there are more than 50,000 people engaged in the production, accessory processing, sale, and rental of building equipment, with its sales network covering 80% of the cities above the county level across the country. Therefore, the building equipment industry is veritably a traditional pillar industry of Xianxian County that strengthens the county and enriches the people. Xianxian County has been named the "Home to Fastener Casting in China" in 2006, "Key Industrial Cluster of Hebei Province" in 2009, "Famous County of Equipment Manufacturing in Hebei Province" in 2013, and "Formwork and Scaffold Industry Base of China" in 2019, becoming a national famous equipment manufacturing base. After the implementation of the project, the building equipment and material industry of Xianxian County will be further strengthened.

It is 200 kilometers away from Beijing, 160 kilometers from Tianjin, 140 kilometers from Shijiazhuang, and 80 kilometers away from the Xiong'an New Area. National Highway 106 runs through it from north to south, while National Highway 307 and Huanghua-Shijiazhuang Expressway traverse it from east to west, forming a "golden cross" within its area and ensuring convenient transportation. Xianxian County Economic Development Zone is located in the "Golden Triangle" zone formed by Fuqiang Avenue, National Highway 307, and National Highway 106 in the south of the county's urban area.
