华瑞智能制造装备科技园坐落于青县经济开发区东区，紧邻县城城区，属于县开发区托管园区。园区距北京150公里，距天津70公里，距天津港90公里，距黄骅港80公里。京沪铁路、京沪高铁、京沪高速公路、104国道等多条国省干线在境内穿过，即将规划建设的京沪高速北延线将在园区附近出口，地理位置优越，交通便利。

I. Project Content and Scale:
The project will mainly utilize the land resources of the park to build a 20,000-square-meter high-standard workshop and supporting facilities, in order to give full play to the industry-university-research-integration advantages of the Hebei University of Technology and attract high-end intelligent manufacturing enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin, and southern China to invest and start up businesses. The park has complete supporting equipment such as water, electricity, and roads. Its workshops can be either customized and purchased or rented. A total of 8-10 enterprises in the fields such as intelligent manufacturing, internet + electronics, and high-end equipment manufacturing will be mainly introduced.

The total investment of the project is USD 30 million, including USD 30 million of foreign investment.
III. Market Analysis:
The park's workshops can be either purchased or rented. It mainly introduces enterprises in the fields such as intelligent manufacturing, internet + electronics, and high-end equipment manufacturing. With the goal of strengthening the connection with colleges and universities and the cooperation between schools and enterprises, the Park strives to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities, the research and development of industry-university-research technology, and the incubation of high-tech enterprises, so as to reduce the entrepreneurial risk and cost of entrepreneurs and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship.
IV. Economic Benefit Analysis:
After its completion, the project will set an example for collaborative development and regional cooperation in Qingxian County, Cangzhou City, and even the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region and become a demonstration park of the school-enterprise cooperation and a new engine for regional economic and social development.
V. Construction Conditions:
Huarui Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Science and Technology Park is located in the east area of Qingxian County Economic Development Zone, adjacent to the urban area of the county. It is entrusted to Qingxian County Economic Development Zone for management. The park is respectively 150 kilometers away from Beijing, 70 kilometers from Tianjin, 90 kilometers from the Port of Tianjin, and 80 kilometers from the Port of Huanghua. There are several railways and highways passing through the park, including the Beijing-Shanghai Railway, Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway, Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, and China National Highway 104. The planned north extension line of the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway will set up an exit near the park. Therefore, the park enjoys an advantageous location and convenient traffic.
