五、建设条件：
该园区占地面积2平方公里，园区内所属该公司企业13家，拥有职工及家属1万余人。近五年园区内年均销售收入在100亿元以上。
厂房总面积约5万平方米 ，主体厂房内均配备天车。 园区内配套大型存储场地8处，总仓储面积30万平方米，各库区配有16吨-50吨龙门吊（天车）16台。园区内拥有16吨-25吨汽车吊11台，平板运输车20多辆；拥有7条铁路专用线，3台火车内燃机车，铁路专用线总长达10公里；拥有专业吊装人员50多人，日最大装卸能力150个车皮，年综合发运量约5万个车皮。
园区内拥有三纵四横主马路，路宽16米，每个车间外均有12米马路环绕。可利用的办公楼面积约5000平方米，各生产厂房均配建办公场所，各生产厂房均配套建有各类库房，包括防潮、防爆、大构架和办公用品等库存。
园区内拥有国家级实验室及检验检测中心，检验资质齐全，设备先进、技术实力强，可对外开展金属等材料的实验和检验项目。
园区内水电暖统一供应，整体规划，水电暖设施完好，园区主供电11万伏，各车间1万伏 。
拥有自建三星级标准招待所及餐厅，拥有各类客房78间，其中套房21间。拥有大型会议室10余间，单间最大可容纳100多人。拥有公寓楼4栋，房间180间，房间内均有空调、衣柜、床铺等设施。园区内拥有职工住房4000余套，可提供租赁的居民住房超过500余套。
园区内设有建行、工行、邮政储蓄等分支机构，为企业及员工办理开户、存取等业务提供便利。

I. Project Content and Scale:
The park mainly attracts investment in the petroleum equipment manufacturing industry. For many industries moving into Qingxian County from Beijing and Tianjin, migrant merchants have been concerned about how to adapt to the new undertaking place, how to avoid relocation, and whether the related industries and living facilities are complete. Therefore, as the undertaker, Qingxian Industrial Park will fully consider the interests of the investors and implement the project in a down-to-earth manner.

III. Market Analysis:
Qingxian Industrial Park of CNPC Bohai Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has made achievements in the optimization of production capacity and other aspects by implementing strategies of structural improvement and transformation and upgrading. The park creates conditions for resource reuse and provides a favorable investment environment for the coordinated development of industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration.

After the project reaches the design capacity, its profits and taxes are expected to be RMB 100 million.
V. Construction Conditions:
Covering an area of 2 square kilometers, the park has 13 enterprises affiliated with CNPC Bohai Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., with more than 10,000 employees and their family members. In the past five years, the average annual sales revenue of the park remained above RMB 10 billion.
The total area of the main plant is about 50,000 square meters, with the plant equipped with overhead cranes. The park is designed with 8 large storage areas, with a total warehouse area of 300,000 square meters. Each storage area has 16 bridge cranes with a lifting capacity of 16-50 tons. The park also has 11 truck cranes with a lifting capacity of 16-25 tons, more than 20 powered platform vehicles for transportation, seven railway sidings with a total length of 10 kilometers, three diesel locomotives, and more than 50 professional lifting personnel, with a daily maximum loading and unloading capacity of 150 wagons and an annual shipping capacity of 50,000 wagons.
There are criss-cross roads with a width of 16 meters and 12-meter-wide roads around each plant. The available office building area is about 5,000 square meters, each production plant is designed with office space, and equipped with all kinds of warehouses that keep the moistureproof, explosion-proof, large frame and office supplies in stock.
There are national laboratories and testing centers in the park. With complete inspection qualifications, advanced equipment, and strong technical strength, these centers can carry out experiments and inspection projects on metals and other materials.
The park has unified access to water, electricity, and heating supply based on relevant facilities in good condition. The main power supply of the park is 110,000 volts, and that of each workshop is 10,000 volts.
In addition, the park builds a three-star guesthouse with a dining hall and 78 rooms of all kinds including 21 suites, more than 10 large conference rooms, each of which has a maximum seating capacity of about 100 people, and four apartment buildings with 180 rooms equipped with air conditioners, closets, beds, and other facilities. Furthermore, there are more than 4,000 housing units for employees, more than 500 housing units for rental.
Branches of China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and Postal Savings Bank of China can provide enterprises and employees with convenient services of opening accounts and depositing and withdrawing money.
