所谓超精研磨，也叫做超精磨削，是指加工精度达到0.1μm 以下、表面粗糙度低于0,025 μm磨削方法，是一种亚微米级的加工方式，并正向纳米级发展，适宜于对钢铁材料及陶瓷、玻璃等材料的加工。车辆传动系统中使用的许多部件（包括齿轮和各种轴类）都要承受极端的负荷，只有绝对完美的表面光洁度才能保证其长期使用，才能最大限度地减少磨损。超精研磨机床，可以完美解决结构件或零部件表面光洁度要求，生产质量优异的产品，可广泛应用于航空航天、汽车发动机、滚动轴承、液压传动等多领域。
四、经济效益分析：
本项目生产的机械无心超精磨机床具备高精度高效率低耗能便操作等优势，一旦投入市场将获得充分认可，项目全部达产后，可实现年产机械无心超精磨机床设备100套，实现产值4亿元左右。

The project plans to build an 8-hectare high-end superfine-grinding-machine equipment manufacturing base, with a superfine grinding machine manufacturing workshop to manufacture mechanical centerless superfine grinding machines.

The total investment of the project is up to USD 40 million, including USD 40 million of foreign investment.
III. Market Analysis:
The so-called superfine grinding refers to the grinding method with a machining accuracy of fewer than 0.1 micrometers (μm) and surface roughness of fewer than 0.025 micrometers (μm). It is a sub-micron processing method and is developing towards the nanometer level. It is suitable for the processing of materials such as steel materials, ceramics, and glass. Many parts used in the drive system (including gears and various shafts) of vehicles must be able to bear extreme loads, so only the absolutely perfect surface smoothness can ensure the long-term use of the system and minimize wear. Superfine grinding machines can completely meet the surface smoothness requirements of structural parts or parts and produce excellent quality products that can be widely used in aerospace, automotive engines, rolling bearings, hydraulic transmission, and other fields.
IV. Economic Benefit Analysis:
The mechanical centerless superfine grinding machine manufactured by this project boasts the advantages of high precision, high efficiency, and low energy consumption. Once entering the market, the machine is certain to be fully recognized. After the project reaches the design capacity, 100 sets of mechanical centerless superfine grinding machines can be manufactured annually, with an output value of roughly RMB 400 million.
V. Construction Conditions: The land for the project is provided; "Nine Accesses and One Leveling" (access to road, rain water, sewage, tap water, natural gas, electricity, communication, heat, and cable TV, and land leveling) is met; at the same time, the electricity demands of the project are satisfied, the water supply and sewage discharging should be up to standard, and there is complete fire-fighting equipment.
