I. Project Content and Scale:
With a planned area of about 13.3 hectares, the project mainly consists of an intelligent warehousing area, an intelligent logistics area, an office and living area, as well as infrastructure facilities like greening, road, and lighting. After completion, the project is expected to create 200 jobs.

The total investment of the project is up to USD 30 million, including USD 30 million of foreign investment.

At present, the world economic growth slows down and complex factors are increasingly emerging, giving rise to many challenges to China's economy. Based on national policies and some industrial data, Chinese logistics parks are developing in a window period. With the adjustments of the State Council and the release of policies for revitalizing the logistics industry, various regions are making efforts to build logistics parks so as to revitalize the local logistics industry and improve regional economic development.
IV. Economic Benefit Analysis:
The project will be completed in two years. After the project reaches the design capacity, its annual income is expected to be USD 15 million. The payback period is three years.

National Highway 104, Beijing-Shanghai Railway, Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway, Beijing-Taipei Expressway, Beijing–Shanghai Expressway, and Handan-Huanghuagang Railway run across the territory.
