五、建设条件：
改革开放以来，红木家具作为青县的支柱产业得到迅猛发展，逐渐形成集生产、加工、销售于一体的新型产业化集群。青县现已成为中国北方最重要的红木家具集散地，产业规模达数十亿元人民币。目前，青县共有古典家具生产加工及配套企业600余家，全县从事古典家具生产销售的村落达到58个，拥有生产设备3887 台件，年生产能力1 万余件。

With a total planned floor area of 5.3 square kilometers, the park, with a theme of promoting culture, will focus on high-end brands in the principle of honesty and compliance, make every effort to create a multi-function industrial platform and lead the upgrading of regional industrial structures. It consists of shooting bases, a waterfront antique street, and a 5A-level resort with Ming and Qing architectural styles.

The total investment of the project is up to USD 800 million, including USD 300 million of foreign investment.
III. Market Analysis:
There are 154 local enterprises with sales offices outside the county in 16 large and medium-sized cities and regions, including Beijing, Tianjin, and Shanghai.
IV. Economic Benefit Analysis: The annual tax and profit are expected to reach RMB 500 million.
V. Construction Conditions:
Since the reform and opening-up, redwood furniture, as the pillar industry in Qing County, has developed rapidly and frequently, gradually forming a new industrial cluster integrating production, processing and sales. Qing County has now become the most important rosewood furniture distribution center in northern China, with the output value of this industry hitting several billion RMB. At present, there are more than 600 enterprises specializing in classical furniture production, processing, and supporting services in Qingxian County, and 58 villages engaged in the production and sales of classical furniture. They have 3,887 sets of production equipment and an annual production capacity of more than 10,000 pieces.

Located on the east side of Qingwang Highway, 8 kilometers north of Qingxian County, Hebei Province, Mid-Century Modern (Qingxian County) Rosewood Furniture Cultural Industry Park is the first and largest industrial park themed "rosewood furniture culture" in the north of Yangtze River in China. The park provides complete and perfect matched services to enterprises running businesses in the park. It has set up a total of 10 functional areas, including a Standard Production Workshop for Rosewood Furniture, a Large Professional Market for Trading of Rosewood Furniture, a Convention and Exhibition Center, and a University-Enterprise Cooperation Base for Product R&D, a Logistics Center and other supporting service centers.
