I. Project Content and Scale:
Covering a land area of 18 hectares and a building area of 70,000 square meters, the project mainly plans to build an agricultural product wholesale market, a logistics park, and other facilities.
II. Investment Estimation and Sources of Funds:
The investment in the project totals USD 200 million, including USD 160 million as fixed assets (investment in civil engineering and equipment) and USD 40 million as circulating funds, including USD 200 million of foreign investment.
III. Market Analysis:
In line with existing national policies, it is promising to promote deep processing of agricultural products, increase added value, and propel product trading between local and nationwide markets.
IV. Economic Benefit Analysis:
The project will be completed in two years. After the project reaches design capacity, it will generate an annual income of USD 30 million, with an annual tax of about USD 4 million. Its payback period is about five years.
V. Construction Conditions:
The project will be implemented in Dulin Township, Cangxian County, where there are favorable construction conditions, such as developed transportation of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, and National Highway 104 and complete water and power facilities.
