I. Project Content and Scale:
Covering an area of about 20 hectares, the project focuses on the construction of a professional big data center and big data center master data (backup) center. Besides, it will build application platforms and application system R&D and cloud service operation centers mainly for enterprise management, medical industry, talent education of professional big data application, agricultural application, logistics manufacturing, financial industry, and cultural media.
II. Investment Estimation and Sources of Funds:
The total investment of the project is up to USD 300 million, including USD 100 million of foreign investment.
III. Market Analysis:
The Application Center will center on the R&D of the big data application system, contrive to create the application of local independent property rights in such fields as big data, informatization, internet, and 5G network. Its business will cover application platforms of industry, agriculture and animal husbandry, finance, and medicine, and local self-media platform. After completion, the project is expected to effectively promote the application of big data in various fields such as "smart city", "smart medicine", "smart agriculture", "smart manufacturing" and "smart logistics" in Cangzhou, and will also play an important role in the development of big data industry in Hebei Province.

The project will be completed within two years. After completion, it expects annual revenue of USD 150 million and a payback period of three years.
