I. Project Content:
The project covers an area of 50 hectares, in which the central business district, comprehensive logistics area, warehousing logistics area, live office area, area of goods in bulk and stack, container terminal, and general cargo loading and unloading area are mainly constructed. After completion, the project will achieve a coal throughput of 200 million tons.
II. Investment Estimation and Sources of Funds:
The total investment of the project is up to USD 800 million, including USD 800 million of foreign investment.
III. Market Analysis:
The development of economic globalization and the sustained rapid economic growth of China have brought forth favorable development opportunities for China's modern logistics industry. As an important segment of the modern logistics industry, the coal logistics industry is access to the reasonable exploitation, utilization, and conservation of coal resources, the standardized coal production and operating activities, an improvement of the quality and economic benefits of coal production enterprises, and the local economic development, which generates significant economic and social benefits.
IV. Economic Benefit Analysis:
The project will be completed in three years. After completion, it expects annual sales revenue of USD 400 million. The payback period is 5-8 years.

The Lingang Industrial Park under planning provides favorable conditions and a platform for the development of the logistics industry; the Coal Logistics Park is located in an advantageous position, where it is 140 kilometers away from Tianjin and 280 kilometers from Beijing in the north, 210 kilometers from Jinan in the south, 200 kilometers from Dongying in the east, and 290 kilometers from Shijiazhuang in the west, enjoying a well-developed transportation network; the waterfront water supply project with a total investment of USD 150 million is located in Haixing County to ensure the supply for industrial and domestic water; the abundant labor resources can cater to the needs of foreign enterprises.
