工艺玻璃是我市出口创汇的主导产业之一，现有注册企业252家，规上企业19家，个体加工摊点1000多家，玻璃智造产业园区以打造国际工艺玻璃产业技术展示交流区、国家工艺玻璃产业创新示范区、京南玻璃主题文化生态休闲体验区为目标，项目建成后，对我市及周边乡镇工艺玻璃产业进行聚集整合，促进我市工艺玻璃产业转型升级，逐步将其打造为全国首个具有国际化规模化的世界级工艺玻璃生产基地。
四、预期经济效益分析：
项目建设期3年，达产后预计年可实现销售收入46247.05万美元，利润4624.7万美元，税金1541.57万美元。回款周期约为4年。
五、建设条件：项目位于河间市行别营镇，配套设施完备，目前已形成工业仪器、工艺酒具、工艺茶具、工艺饮料器皿、工艺日用品、室内工艺装饰品等六大类，上千种规格产品，并有着完善的市场销售网络。清华大学美术学院在河间市建立了教学实践基地和成果转化基地，2016年7月份，河间市被中国工艺美术协会命名为“中国工艺玻璃之都”。

I. Project Content and Scale:
The project covers an area of 100 hectares, and will mainly construct a large craft glass production base integrated with high-end plants, R&D buildings, business office environments, and supporting commercial areas. After completion, the project will be a large cluster of glass production facilities, featured with R&D, intelligent manufacturing, e-commerce business, advanced manufacturing, financial service, and many other functional commercial activities.
II. Investment Estimation and Sources of Funds:
The total investment of the project is up to about USD 1.55 billion, including USD 500 million of foreign investment.
III. Market Prospect Analysis:
Craft glass is one of the leading industries of Hejian to carry out innovation and exchange. At present, there are 252 registered enterprises, 19 enterprises above the designated size, and more than 1,000 individual processing stalls. The Intelligent Glass Manufacturing Industrial Park aims to build an international exhibition and exchange area for craft glass industrial techniques, a national craft glass industrial innovation and demonstration zone, and a Jingnan glass-themed cultural-ecological recreation and experience zone. After completion, it will integrate the craft glass industries of Hejian County and the surrounding towns and townships, to promote the transformation and upgrading of the craft glass industry in our county and build the intelligent glass manufacturing industrial park into the first international, large-scale, and world-class craft glass base in China.
IV. Expected Economic Benefit Analysis: The construction period of the project is 3 years. After that, the project can realize annual sales revenue of about USD 462.47 million, a profit of about USD 46.25 million, and a tax of about USD 15.42 million. The payback period is about 4 years.
V. Construction Conditions: The project is located in Xingbieying Town, Hejian, and equipped with complete supporting facilities, covering industrial instruments, craft wine sets, craft tea sets, craft beverage containers, craft daily necessities, and indoor craft decoration. There are products of more than thousands of specifications, with a complete marketing network available. Academy of Arts &Design of Tsinghua University has established educational practice base and achievement transformation base in Hejian. In July 2016, Hejian was honored with "the city of Chinese craft glass" by the China Arts and Crafts Association.

Zhejiang AOL Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. was established in 2010 and headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The company has a registered capital of RMB 108 million, and has five wholly-owned and holding companies. The company has entered the fields of modern logistics, real estate, trade, finance, culture, advanced technology and other fields through investment, mergers and acquisitions and other capital operation methods. It focuses on the development, construction and operation of commercial real estate. At present, the company has more than 20 projects being developed and operated in 10 cities nationwide, with a total developed business area exceeding 5 million square meters.
