硅酸钙板作为新型环保建材，目前大量应用于工商业工程建筑的隔墙，吊顶天花、家庭装修、家具的衬板、广告牌的衬板、船舶的隔仓板、仓库的棚板、网络地板以及隧道等室内工程的壁板。它以优质高标号水泥为基体材料，并配以天然纤维增强，经先进生产工艺成型、加压、高温蒸养等特殊技术处理而制成，硅酸钙板应用性能优越,具体表现在:防火、防水性能、隔热、隔音、使用寿命长等方面。

项目建设期3年，建成达产后年收入5.1亿元、实现税金4000万元，回款周期约为3年。

I. Project Content and Scale:
The project covers an area of 13.3 hectares and mainly focuses on producing calcium silicate boards and building production lines of high-end calcium silicate boards, multifunctional coating plates, and insulation decoration integrated boards. Meanwhile, the production will also be equipped with supporting auxiliary workshops, comprehensive office buildings, R&D buildings, and other functional constructions.

The total investment of the project reaches about USD 107.76 million, including USD 50 million of foreign investment.
III. Market Prospect Analysis:
As a new type of environmentally friendly building material, calcium silicate boards are widely used in many constructions, such as the partition walls of engineering constructions for industrial and commercial use, lining plates of false ceilings, home decoration, and furniture, lining plates of billboards, partition boards of ships, refractory slabs of warehouses, and the wall panels of network floor systems, tunnels, and other types of indoor engineering. Taking quality high-strength-grade cement as its matrix material and natural fiber as auxiliary materials for reinforcement, calcium silicate boards are made through many advanced and special technical processes, including forming, compression, and high-temperature steam curing. Calcium silicate boards are featured with prominent application performance, which is embodied by their capacities of fire resistance, water-tightness, thermal insulation, sound insulation, long service life, and many other outstanding characteristics.
Ⅳ. Economic Benefit Analysis:
The expected construction period of the project is three years. After the project reaches the designed capacity, the annual income will reach RMB 510 million, with a tax of RMB 40 million. The payback period will be about three years.
V. Construction Conditions:
The project is located in the west district of the Hebei Hejian Economic Development Zone. It has complete supporting facilities and has the necessary supplies for construction work with "Nine Accesses and One Leveling". It has a convenient traffic net. As a provincial-level industrial park, Hejian Economic Development Zone can offer the best startup platform and investment environment for investors. Hejian has more than 500 thermal insulation material enterprises and individual operations and 174 scale-class enterprises (including 55 enterprises above the designated size).

Hebei Meinengda Building Material Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015, with a registered capital of RMB 56.66 million. At present, the company has more than 200 employees and the total area of the enterprise covers 13.3 hectares. Its business scope ranges from the R&D, production, and sales of fiber-strengthened calcium silicate boards and calcium silicate coating plates, to the design and production of prefabricated buildings, as well as the manufacturing of non-asbestos fiber cement slabs and insulation decoration integrated boards.
