芯片（半导体元件产品的统称）。当前，半导体在集成电路、消费电子、通信系统、光伏发电、照明、大功率电源转换等领域都有应用,无论从科技或是经济发展的角度来看，半导体的重要性都是非常巨大的。大部分的电子产品，如计算机、移动电话或是数字录音机当中的核心单元都和半导体有着极为密切的关联。
近期，半导体芯片的热度持续走高。一方面，国产半导体预计2023年底可以实现量产，国产芯片已经迎来最好的时刻。 在国家大力推进集成电路产业发展的大背景下，28 纳米更将成为 100% 国产芯片的新起点。另一方面，6月中旬，IC Insights上调了2021年半导体产值成长预估，从原来的成长19%调至24%，2021年全球半导体产值将有望首次突破5000亿美元。

项目建成后(2022-2026)预估可实现年均营业收入为33550万元，年均利润总额13400万元。

拟建项目位于沧州高新技术产业开发区，地处环京津、环渤海中心地带。辖区内有京沪、朔黄，京沪高铁等铁路，京沪、石黄、沧廊、津汕等多条高速纵横交错，307国道在市区南部纵贯，实现了与京津、周边省份和中西部地区的快速通达。该区域基础设施配套完善，交通、通讯等条件便捷，是建设本项目的理想地段。

II. Project Content and Scale
Covering an area of more than 20 hectares, the project will construct production workshops, research centers, warehouses, office buildings, and other facilities. It mainly focuses on the R&D and production of blasting chips (which have reached the leading level in China) and robotic chips.

Total investment of USD 20 million, including USD 10 million of foreign investment.
IV. Market Analysis
The chip is a generic term for semiconductor component products. At present, semiconductors are widely used in many fields, such as integrated circuit, consumer electronics, communication system, photovoltaic power generation, illumination, and high power supply conversion. Whether from the perspective of the development of technology or the economy, semiconductors are attached with great significance. Most electronic products such as computers, mobile phones, and the core components of digital recorders are closely related to semiconductors.
Recently, semiconductors are greeted with increasing popularity. On the one hand, semiconductors made in China can be mass-produced by the end of 2023, meaning that the domestic market of chips is entering a golden time. Strongly supported by our country, the development of the integrated circuit industry has been promoted, and the 28-nanometer process will be the new starting point for the 100% China-made chips. On the other hand, in mid-month of June 2021, IC Insights raised its growth estimate of the production value of semiconductors for the year from 19% to 24%. It was expected that the production value of semiconductors in 2021 could reach USD 500 billion.
V. Economic Benefit Analysis
After its completion (2022-2026), the project will realize annual average operation revenue of RMB 335.5 million and total annual average profits of RMB 134 million.
VI. Construction Conditions:
The project is planned to be built in the Cangzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone which is located in the central area of the Beijing-Tianjin Rim and Bohai Economic Rim. There are railways such as Beijing-Shanghai Railway, Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway, and Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway, expressways such as Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, Shijiazhuang-Huanghua Expressway, Cangzhou-Langfang Expressway, and Tianjin-Shanwei Expressway. Besides, China National Highway 307 runs through the southern part of the city, providing a fast track to Beijing, Tianjin, surrounding provinces, and the central and western regions. This area is an ideal site for this project owing to its complete infrastructure and convenient transportation and communications.
