拟选址沧州经济开发区，占地5公顷，拟建厂房20000平米。主要生产、销售钢管制品、钢塑制品及配件、健身器材及配件、气膜场馆设施及配件、钢结构场馆设施及配件、笼式体育运动场地设施及配件、拆装式游泳池设施及配件、水上体育器材及配件、办公家具及配件、食品设备及配件、太阳能产品及配件、电子设备及附件、体质监测设备、医疗器械、康复训练器材及设备、运动地板地胶、文化体育用品（各类球、球拍、服装鞋帽等）、儿童滑梯、游乐设施；体育场地设施施工及场地改造；体育健身器材的维修、安装及售后服务。

该项目约投资3000万美元，拟利用外资3000万美元。
三、市场分析：根据国家体育总局的数据，2015 年我国体育产业增加值约为 4000 亿，仅占国内生产总值的 0.6%，相较于世界主要国家体育产业占 GDP 比重在 2.0%-3.0%左右，我国体育产业规模较小，未来增长空间巨大。同时，我国体育产业结构严重失衡，体育用品占比 80%，体育服务业占比不足 20%。

I. Project Content and Scale:
The project will be implemented in Cangzhou Economic Development Area, with a floor area of 5 hectares. It will build a factory building of 20,000 square meters. It will mainly produce and sell steel pipe products, steel and plastic products and accessories, fitness equipment and accessories, air film venues facilities and accessories, steel structure venues facilities and accessories, cage sports venues facilities and accessories, disassembled swimming pool facilities and accessories, water sports equipment and accessories, office furniture and accessories, food equipment and accessories, solar energy products and accessories, electronic equipment and accessories, fitness and health monitoring equipment, medical devices, rehabilitation training equipment and equipment, sports floor glue, cultural and sporting goods (various balls, rackets, clothing, shoes and hats, etc.), children's slides, amusement facilities. III. Market Analysis:
According to the data of the General Administration of Sport of China, the added value of China's sports industry in 2015 was about RMB 400 billion, accounting for only 0.6% of GDP, while the proportion in major counties in the world was about 2.0%-3.0%. In contrast, China's sports industry is small in scale and has huge room for growth in the future. Meanwhile, the structure of China's sports industry is seriously unbalanced, with sporting goods accounting for 80% and the sports service industry accounting for less than 20%.
IV. Economic Benefit Analysis:
The project expects a construction period of 1 year and a sales revenue of about RMB 10 million in the first year of reaching the design capacity.
V. Construction Conditions:
"Nine Accesses and One Leveling" (access to road, rain water, sewage, tap water, natural gas, electricity, communication, heat, and cable TV, and land leveling) need to be achieved during land sales.

Cangzhou Economic Development Area is located in the east of the city of Cangzhou. It is a provincial-level development zone established in 1992, with a total area of 70 square kilometers.
