With a planning area of 21 hectares, the project will construct a sustainable fruit and vegetable planting base with local characteristics.

The project will have USD 50 million of self-raised investment by enterprises and USD 25 million of foreign investment.
III. Market Analysis
The project will introduce technologies of soilless cultivation and intelligent irrigation system to improve the production efficiency of agricultural products. Its technological innovation will play a leading role. With the characteristics of green and environmental protection, the project products will raise the supply-side standards, meet the high-end market demand of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, and have a broad market prospect.
IV. Economic Benefit Analysis
The project is expected to have annual operating revenue of USD 11.19 million, and the pretax earnings may reach USD 201 per hectare.
V. Construction Conditions
First, policy reward for foreign paid-in registered capital;
second, no land rent is required during the project operation period, with a time limit of no less than 30 years;
third, a subsidy that is equivalent to 10% of the total cost of the production equipment purchased within two years after the project is landed.
VI. Overview of Chinese Contractor
Cangzhou Bohai New Area is situated on the southeastern coast of Hebei. It is the first growth pole of coastal development in Hebei Province, a national economic and technological development zone, a national industrial demonstration base for new industrialization, a national pilot park for the development of seawater desalination industry, a national pilot circular economy zone, and a logistics experimental base in China.
